What time is check-in & check-out?

Check in: 3pm*

Check out: 11am

*We request a courtesy call if you will be checking-in after 7pm, though we will still hold your room if you are unable to notify us of your late check-in.

Are you pet friendly?

While we ourselves are animal lovers, we currently do not allow pets on the property.

Are there mini refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms?

While we do not have individual refrigerators or microwaves in each room, we do have a full-size refrigerator and microwave in our common room that is fully available for guest use.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, free wireless internet access is available in every room.

How close are you to places around Cooperstown?

What are the pool hours & policies?

The pool is open everyday from 8am-7pm. We ask that you read and respect the rules posted at the pool and we reserve the right to refuse use to anyone not showing respect at the pool. There are no parties allowed at the pool and only guests of the Terrace Motor Inn are permitted use of the pool.

Billing Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date and 21 days prior to your arrival date for week long (7 night) reservations, Hall of Fame Induction Weekend reservations and reservations of 3 or more rooms. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date (within 21 days for week long reservations, Hall of Fame Induction Weekend reservations and reservations of 3 or more rooms) the cancellation fee is as follows: a 1 night reservation would be the full charge; if 2 or more nights then the deposit would be 50% of your total. No refunds will be provided for early departures.

What kind of deposit is required to make a reservation?

A 10% deposit is due at the time the reservation is made.

How do I modify my reservation?

All changes to reservations must be made and confirmed by phone. Please call us at 607-547-9979.

Can I pay for my room online?

A 10% deposit will be taken at the time your reservation is made and the balance is due in full upon check-in.

Are rates different if I book online versus call in to make a reservation?

No, our rates are the same whether you book on our website or call us to make your reservation.
